In the electroplating industry, environmentally friendly complexing salts are gradually becoming a green new choice. Their unique environmentally friendly properties allow them to improve electroplating efficiency while effectively reducing environmental impact. As a general chemical that is not hazardous, environmentally friendly complexing salts stand out due to their safety and environmental friendliness, as they are free of cyanide. They can form stable complexes with various metal ions such as Cu+, Cu2+, Zn2+, Ni2+, Sn2+, Ag+, and Au+, thus completely replacing sodium (potassium) cyanide in electroplating complexing agents.

This green innovation has been widely applied in various fields such as environmentally friendly alkali copper plating, bronze plating, imitation gold plating, cupronickel-tin plating, brass-tin plating, gold plating, and silver plating. It is also suitable for pretreatment cleaning, whitening, activation, and cyanide-free and anti-staining salt stripping processes. Its single complexing agent system makes the composition stable and simple, easy to control and adjust, and its performance is comparable to cyanide, allowing the electroplating process to be controlled using methods similar to cyanide electroplating.

Furthermore, its pretreatment is simple and its electroplating process is wide-ranging. The alkaline monovalent copper system provides fine coating crystallization and excellent depth capability. Whether for zinc alloy, steel, or aluminum alloy substrates, both roll plating and pre-plating with copper achieve good adhesion to the substrate. Simultaneously, the environmentally friendly complex salt process exhibits excellent anti-impurity properties and is compatible with cyanide plating processes, allowing for direct switching.
