Gold stripping agent is an industrial chemical specifically designed to remove electroplated or chemically deposited gold layers from metal surfaces. Its core function is to achieve a cyanide-free stripping process. Based on a cyanide-free formula, this product complies with EU export standards and selectively dissolves the gold plating through a specific chemical reaction, while avoiding corrosion of the substrate material.
The gold stripping agent uses a cyanide-free formula system. This formula has been tested and certified by SGS, and its heavy metal emission indicators meet the limits required by Annex II of the EU RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU. It achieves the dissolution and stripping of gold elements through a complexation reaction, a process route different from traditional cyanide gold stripping. This formulation is selective for common substrate metals such as copper and nickel, and the dimensional accuracy of the workpiece after stripping can be controlled within ±0.01mm, making it suitable for the processing of precision electronic components.
The solution has an effective half-life of over 120 hours under operating temperature conditions of 30-50℃.
